The Neogen Petrifilm Aerobic Count Plate (AC) is a sample-ready plate designed to determine total aerobic bacterial populations for food, pet food and environmental testing. Each plate contains a water-soluble gelling agent, nutrients and indicator and features a built-in grid and red indicator dye to facilitate colony visualization and counting. The plate provides aerobic count results in as soon as 48 hours and can be used for air, swab or surface contact environmental sampling. The plate is compatible with the Neogen Petrifilm Plate Reader Advanced for consistent, automated reading and recording of results.
