Scan 50 pro is a manual colony counter designed for ergonomic microbiological counting tasks. It provides contrast-enhancing indirect LED illumination (Dark Field 2) for clear visualization of colonies on Petri dishes, Petrifilm™, MC‑Media Pads™, Compact Dry™ and Easy Plate™ supports, and enables export of counting results via USB or LIMS for traceability. The device supports manual counts from 0–1999 CFU and is intended for use in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, environmental, veterinary laboratories and public research institutes.
