Scan 300 (Ref. 436 300) is an automatic colony counter designed for Petri dish enumeration in food microbiology laboratories. It performs automatic counting on round Petri dishes (Ø 55–90 mm) for pour, surface, Spiral and circle plating techniques and is used to read plates plated manually or with the Spiral technique, including interpretation for total flora on PCA according to ISO 4833-2. The unit includes Scan software and supplies for immediate operation.
