Hoefer Gradient Maker, 15 ml total volume SG15

Gradient maker designed to produce continuous linear gradients for preparative and analytical applications. Total volume: 15 ml. Ideal for generating gradients of polyacrylamide, sucrose and cesium chloride, the unit is milled from heavy acrylic plastic and uses high-quality, leak-free Teflon (PTFE) valves. The flat base provides stability on a magnetic stirrer and the unit includes a support rod for attachment to a ring stand; it accepts Luer or 4 mm ID tubing and, with included adapters, can take 2 mm ID or 22‑gauge tubing.
