PCTE Hydrophilic filter disks are thin, microporous polycarbonate (PCTE) membranes treated to be hydrophilic for use in precise size-separation and cellular-based filtration applications. The membrane captures particles larger than the pore size on its smooth, flat surface and is suited for high-purity filtration, microscopy, cellular assays and sample collection for blood assays. The product is supplied as 25 mm diameter disks with a 1.0 µm absolute pore size in packs of 100, manufactured to control pore size and density for accurate filtration performance.
