Low-ash, hardened GVS qualitative filter paper in 150 mm disc format providing medium-slow (thick) filtration for laboratory separations. It is designed for fine particle retention and high loading capacity, with increased wet strength from its extra thickness; it is particularly used for filtering liquids that are hard to clarify — including essences, oils and tinctures — and is suitable for use in Büchner funnels and similar preparative filtration setups.
