Quantitative ashless filter paper in 150 mm disk format designed for very slow flow filtration and critical gravimetric and quantitative analyses. Suitable for Buchner funnels and filtration under pressure, it provides very slow filtration with high retention for extremely difficult filtrations and analytical precipitates such as barium sulphate, metastannic acid and finely precipitated calcium carbonate. The product is intended for laboratory use where low ash content and reliable particulate retention are required.

Key Features:

  • Diameter: 150 mm
  • Grade: Quantitative (Grade 42)
  • Box quantity: 100 per pack
  • Properties: Very Slow filtration
  • Retention range: 2–3 µm
  • Thickness: 160 µm
  • Wet bursting strength: 52 kPa
  • Kind: Disc

Advantages:

  • Ashless composition enables accurate gravimetric and quantitative analysis by minimizing residual ash.
  • Very slow flow with high retention captures extremely fine precipitates for demanding analytical applications.
  • Enhanced mechanical strength and reliability suitable for Buchner funnel use and filtration under pressure.
