Quantitative ashless filter paper disc designed for critical gravimetric and quantitative laboratory analysis. The product provides very slow flow with high retention for collection of fine analytical precipitates and is suitable for demanding filtrations, including use with Buchner funnels and filtration under pressure. Typical applications include critical gravimetric analysis and quantitative determinations requiring low ash content and fine particle retention.

Key Features:

  • Diameter: 125 mm
  • Grade: Quantitative (Grade 42)
  • Properties: Ashless — Very Slow flow
  • Retention range: 2–3 µm
  • Box quantity: 100 discs
  • Filtration time (distilled water): 292 seconds
  • Thickness: 160 µm; Kind: Disc

Advantages:

  • Very slow flow and highest retention for reliable collection of fine precipitates.
  • Ashless composition suitable for critical gravimetric and quantitative analyses.
  • Engineered strength for use in Buchner funnels and filtration under pressure.
