The unit accepts 25 mm membranes and is intended to facilitate ultra-cleaning, sterilizing liquids under positive pressure and aseptic sampling at point-of-use. Sealing is achieved by hand-tightening the exterior locking ring; the inlet cap design and dual support screens permit bidirectional flow and rapid, efficient assembly without tearing the membrane.
