Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane discs designed for laboratory filtration and sterilizing applications. The membrane is a strong, microporous asymmetric PES film that is naturally hydrophilic, has low extractables and low protein/drug binding, and is used to remove particulates and microorganisms from aqueous solutions in biological, pharmaceutical and environmental testing workflows. Typical use cases include biological fluid and protein/enzyme filtration, pharmaceutical sterilization and environmental water studies.
