Aluminum-case heating mantle designed for heating round-bottom flasks and small reaction vessels, equipped with an integrated temperature controller for controlled heating of a 250 ml vessel at 230 V. The unit uses a nickel-chrome heating element with a K-type thermocouple sensor to monitor and maintain set temperatures up to high-temperature operation. Typical applications include extraction, reflux and distillation procedures requiring uniform, controlled heating of glassware.
