The SpeedDigester K-436 is an infrared (IR) laboratory digester designed to perform fast, reproducible chemical digestions for applications such as Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), heavy metals and phosphate analysis. The instrument combines Kjeldahl and reflux digestion capabilities, accommodates BUCHI sample tubes for aqueous and reflux digestions, and features two individually controlled heating chambers to ensure homogeneous heating and prevent foaming of critical samples.
