K-365 MultiKjel Plastic DI is a MultiKjel configuration of the BUCHI K-365 Kjeldahl/distillation system designed for steam distillation and Kjeldahl nitrogen analysis. The instrument provides adjustable steam power, automatic detection of distillation start and end points, and an intuitive touch-screen color display for controlling distillation workflows. Typical applications include total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), protein determination, ammonia, TVBN and other steam-distillable analytes in food, feed and environmental testing.
