The BUCHI E-500 ECE AP PRO (11E500E1P000) is a FatExtractor designed for quick and compliant fat extraction from food and feed samples. Configured for ECE (Twisselmann/continuous extraction) operation, the instrument supports interchangeable glass assemblies to execute Soxhlet, Hot extraction (Randall) or continuous extraction workflows, enabling reduced time-to-result and high sample throughput while collecting freshly distilled solvent in a detachable bottle for reuse.
