MagCellect Streptavidin Ferrofluid is a streptavidin-conjugated magnetic nanoparticle reagent supplied as a 1 mL suspension for magnetic cell separation. It binds biotinylated antibodies on unwanted cells and, when applied with a magnetic field and appropriate MagCellect buffers and magnets, captures and removes labeled cells to enable positive or negative selection and recovery of viable target cell fractions.
