MagCellect Plus Human E-Cadherin+ Cell Isolation Kit (1 Kit, MAGH123) is a magnetic cell separation kit for positive selection and enrichment of human E-Cadherin–expressing cells. The kit uses a biotinylated anti–E-Cadherin capture antibody together with streptavidin-conjugated ferrofluid and includes an Alexa Fluor 647–conjugated detection antibody for analysis. It is designed for rapid enrichment of E-Cadherin+ cells for downstream applications such as tissue culture, immune-status monitoring, and flow cytometry. Store unopened product at 2 °C to 8 °C.
