MagCellect Human Naive CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is a magnetic cell separation kit for isolation of human naïve CD4+ T cells. The kit contains a biotinylated antibody cocktail and streptavidin ferrofluid that bind unwanted cells and retain them in a magnetic field, enabling collection of untouched naïve CD4+ T cells for downstream applications. The kit is supplied as a single kit intended for research use with human samples and includes protocol instructions for processing mononuclear cell suspensions.
