MagCellect Human CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit is a single kit designed for the isolation of untouched, highly pure human CD4+ T cells for research applications. The kit uses a negative-selection magnetic labeling protocol to deplete unwanted cells, yielding enriched CD4+ T cells suitable for downstream assays; the complete kit contains sufficient reagents to process up to 1 x 10^9 total cells. Reactions are performed at 2–8 °C with magnetic separation using an appropriate magnet.
