The product is supplied as a 1 L bottle (CCM038-GMP-1L) and is optimized for robust T cell expansion under xeno-free conditions, including use with Bio-Techne cytokines and G-Rex® bioreactors. It is compatible with multiple T cell activation methods and supports expansion from PBMCs; supplementation with human AB serum is recommended.
