ExCellerate Human T Cell Expansion Media, Xeno-Free is a ready-to-use, xeno-free formulation for the ex vivo expansion and routine culture of human T lymphocytes in research applications. The medium is designed to support expansion and maintenance of human T cells when used with appropriate activation methods and recombinant human cytokines (for example IL-2, IL-7, and IL-15). Primary use cases include expansion of T cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or purified CD3+ T cells for discovery and preclinical research studies.
