CellXVivo Human Treg Cell Differentiation Kit (1 kit, CDK006) is designed for the differentiation of human regulatory T (Treg) cells from a preparation of naïve CD4+ T cells. The kit provides optimized proteins and reagents to drive efficient in vitro differentiation into FoxP3+CD25+ Treg cells for downstream research applications such as flow cytometric verification and functional studies. The kit supplies sufficient reagents to perform differentiation in one 24-well plate using a 5-day culture protocol.
