CellXVivo Human Monocyte-derived DC Differentiation Kit (1 kit, CDK004) is a complete reagent set for the differentiation of human CD14+ monocytes into immature and mature dendritic cells for ex vivo research. The kit provides serum-free dendritic cell base media plus recombinant human IL-4, GM-CSF and TNF-α and includes reagents and buffers required to generate immature dendritic cells in 7 days and to induce maturation with TNF-α for downstream immunological assays. It is intended for generating monocyte-derived dendritic cells for phenotypic analysis and functional assays.
