CellXVivo Human M2 Macrophage Differentiation Kit is a complete reagent kit for differentiating human CD14+ monocytes into M2 macrophages for ex vivo research applications. The kit supplies optimized serum-free base media, recombinant human M-CSF and reconstitution buffer to support a 6-day differentiation protocol and downstream verification by flow cytometry or ELISA. Typical use cases include generation of M2-polarized macrophages for cytokine analysis, phenotypic characterization, and functional studies of anti-inflammatory or tissue-remodeling responses.
