Jess is an automated Simple Western system that performs capillary-based immunoassays and fully automated Western blot analysis. It automates protein separation, immunoprobing, detection and analysis from samples loaded into a microplate, producing quantitative, size-based results in approximately three hours. Primary use cases include sensitive protein detection, multiplexed assays, total protein normalization and high-throughput screening workflows in research laboratories.
