RRNAscope® 2.5 LSx assay is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -BROWN assay for use with the Leica Biosystems BOND RX automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems (Leica Software v BDZ 15 or BXD15). The prefilled containers, packaged in two trays with RNAscope LS reagents, provide easy to use, high throughput, reproducible RNA ISH results with minimal hands-on time. RNAscope® LSx Reagent Kit, includes the pretreatment, detection, and chromagen reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides. With the RNAscope LSx Brown kit, the Bond Refine and BOnd Red Refine kits are no longer required. Note: This assay requires LS 2.5 probes.
