RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit v2 with TSA Vivid Dyes is an RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110), RNAscope H202 and Protease Reagents (PN 322381) and RNAscope Target Retrieval reagents (322000), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091). The kit includes the pretreatment, TSA buffer (322809), and detection reagents for manual amplification. and  TSA Vivid Fluorophore 520 (PN 323271), TSA Vivid Fluorophore 570 (PN 323272) and TSA Vivid Fluorophore 650 (PN 323273).
