Biotechne - ACD, RNAscope® LS 4-Plex Ancillary kit 322830

RNAscope® LS 4-Plex Ancillary kit is designed to work with RNAscope LS Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit (322800) for 4 plex fluorescent in situ hybridization. It contains C4 HRP blocker and TSA buffer. Note: TSA Vivid Fluorophore 520 (PN 323271), TSA Vivid Fluorophore 570 (PN 323272) and TSA Vivid Fluorophore 650 (PN 323273) can be purchased separately from ACD. Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT Opal 620, PN FP1495001KT Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT). Multi spectral imaging systems are required for adequate imaging of 4 plex fluorescent images.
