The Biokar MÜLLER-KAUFFMANN Broth - Dehydrated base medium is a selective enrichment medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Salmonella and Shigella species in clinical and food samples. It contains peptones, meat extract, yeast extract, bile salts, and brilliant green dye to inhibit the growth of unwanted microorganisms while allowing the targeted bacteria to thrive.
