AccuStart Genotyping ToughMix, L-ROX is a 2X concentrated master mix formulated for probe-based genotyping assays including SNP detection and allelic discrimination. It provides a ready-to-use reaction cocktail containing AccuStart II ultrapure Taq polymerase with stringent hot-start control, optimized buffer chemistry to improve single base-pair discrimination, and a pre-blended passive reference dye (L-ROX) for instrument normalization. The mix is intended for real-time PCR genotyping directly from challenging sample types and for high-precision allelic discrimination assays.
