AccuStart Genotyping ToughMix, ROX 1250R is a 2X concentrated, ready-to-use PCR master mix formulated for probe-based genotyping and allelic discrimination workflows. The mix contains AccuStart II hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, optimized buffer, dNTPs and stabilizers, and includes ROX passive reference dye for instruments requiring a ROX normalization standard. It is designed to enable robust probe-based DNA amplification in genotyping assays and to tolerate common PCR inhibitors encountered in complex sample matrices.
