The Peanut Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow assay for screening the presence of peanut protein residues in food ingredients, processed food products, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental swab samples. Results are visible in approximately 11 ± 1 minutes after application of the sample. The test uses lateral flow cartridges with a control line and two additional lines indicating nondetectable, low, or high levels of peanut protein and is intended for rapid on-site screening and environmental monitoring.
