T6000M, General Mixed Organic (CLM3009) is a gel permeation/size-exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC) column designed for general-purpose organic separations. It provides broad molecular-weight separation capability for organic-soluble polymers and mixed samples, and is intended for use with common organic mobile phases including THF, chloroform, toluene and other aprotic solvents. The column is supplied in a 300 mm x 8.0 mm format for standard analytical GPC/SEC systems.

Key Features:

  • Dimensions: 300 mm x 8.0 mm
  • Particle size: 10 µm
  • Theoretical plate number: >13,000 (per column)
  • Exclusion limit (polystyrene): 20,000,000 Da
  • Maximum pore size: 10,000 Å
  • Compatible solvents include THF, chloroform, toluene, xylene, acetone, MEK, DMF, DMAc, HFIP, NMP

Advantages:

  • Wide molecular-weight separation capability across a very large range (suitable for high-MW polymers).
  • High column efficiency indicated by >13,000 theoretical plates for sharp, resolved peaks.
  • Broad organic solvent compatibility allows use with many common GPC/SEC mobile phases.
  • Standard 300 x 8.0 mm format enables straightforward integration into analytical GPC/SEC column sets.
