The Malvern Panalytical T5000 Organic GPC/SEC Column CLM3005 is a styrene-divinylbenzene (T-series) gel permeation/size-exclusion chromatography column designed for organic GPC/SEC analysis of synthetic polymers. It provides separation for high-molecular-weight polystyrene standards and is intended for use with organic mobile phases such as tetrahydrofuran (THF) and other compatible solvents. Typical applications include molecular weight distribution and polymer characterization of synthetic polymers.

Key Features:

  • Column type: Styrene-divinylbenzene (T-series, T5000)
  • Dimensions: 300 mm x 8.0 mm
  • Exclusion limit: approximately 4,000,000 Da (polystyrene calibration)
  • Shipping solvent: Tetrahydrofuran (THF)
  • Compatible solvents: THF, chloroform, toluene, xylene, acetone, MEK, DMF, DMAc, HFIP, NMP and others

Advantages:

  • High exclusion limit suitable for characterization of very high–molecular-weight polystyrenes and synthetic polymers
  • Broad solvent compatibility enables use with a wide range of organic mobile phases for flexible method development
  • Standard 300 x 8.0 mm dimensions fit common GPC/SEC instrumentation for straightforward integration
