D2500 Organic GPC/SEC Column CLM3046 is a 300 mm x 8.0 mm chromatography column for organic gel permeation/size-exclusion separations. It is a D2500-grade column designed for the analysis of synthetic polymers using organic solvents (for example THF and other compatible organic mobile phases). Typical applications include molecular weight and size distribution determinations of synthetic polymers by GPC/SEC.

Key Features:

  • Column type: D2500 Organic GPC/SEC column (CLM3046)
  • Dimensions: 300 mm x 8.0 mm
  • Particle size: 6 µm
  • Theoretical plate number: >17,000 per column
  • Exclusion limit (polystyrene): 20,000 Da
  • Compatible solvents: THF, chloroform, toluene, xylene, acetone, MEK, DMF, DMAc, HFIP, NMP and others

Advantages:

  • High separation efficiency with >17,000 theoretical plates for improved resolution of polymer distributions
  • Sized and calibrated for synthetic polymer analysis (20,000 Da polystyrene exclusion limit) enabling targeted MW range separations
  • Broad solvent compatibility for use with common organic mobile phases such as THF and chloroform
  • Standard 300 x 8.0 mm format ensures compatibility with common GPC/SEC instrument configurations
