How to Log In
You can log into LabShop using your email address and your password. Navigate to the login page by clicking on the "Sign In" button on the upper right side of every webpage. On the login page please enter your email address and your password. You can also tick the "Remember Me" box to stay logged in. Then click "Login" to complete the login process.
Congratulations, you can now browse the site, view, and search products, and take advantage of faster ordering.
How to Find Products?
LabShop gives you access to our product catalog and allows you to browse product details and access product information.
1. Search by Keywords
The easiest way to find products is via the search bar at the top of every webpage. You can search by product name, like "Clean Trace", or use an application scenario, like "salmonella".
The search bar will immediately propose 4 product suggestions for a quick selection. Otherwise, you can click the search button or hit enter to see the full list of your search results.
2. Search Product by Filters
You can also use the filter selection on the left side to filter our product catalog by Solution or Sub-Solution. Selecting one of the filters automatically changes the product selection and will only show products that meet your filter.
How to Buy Products?
You can easily buy products from LabShop using the simple online checkout process. You can choose if you want to pay either via PayPal, or using your DKSH corporate account.
1. Add to Cart
First select the products you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. You can quick-add products by clicking the shopping cart button on the homepage carousel for popular products, on the product overview pages, or on the search results page. You can also click "Add To Cart" on each product detail page.
If you want to add more of the same product to your cart, then you can increase the amount before clicking the shopping cart button.
A pop-up will appear to confirm that the product has been added to your Shopping Cart. You can choose to either "Continue Shopping" and return to your previous page, or "Checkout Now" to proceed to the Shopping Cart page . On the Shopping Cart page you can review the items in your cart, increase or decrease the quantity, or completely delete products that you don’t want to purchase. LabShop also shows you the unit and total price for each product, and the subtotal based on the products selected. Click "Checkout" to proceed to the Checkout page.
2. Checkout Page
On the Checkout page you can select and confirm your Shipping and Billing Address. Please select "Standard Delivery" as your delivery option. You can also see the Subtotal, Delivery Charges, Total Before Tax, any Taxes & Duties, as well as the Grand Total amount.
Please tick the box to agree to our Conditions of Sale and Policies, and click "Place Order" to proceed to the Payment page.
3. Select Payment Method
On the Payment page you see a final summary of your order and can select your preferred Payment Method.
You can pay via Credit/Debit Card through PayPal as trusted payment provider. Once selected, please click "Proceed to Pay" to confirm the order. You will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can enter your details and complete the payment using your Credit/Debit Card.
You can also pay using your Corporate Account with Payment Terms. Once selected, you can see your credit limit based on past orders that you placed online and offline. Please click "Place Order" to confirm the order.
